1. Customers may create a personal account to track orders, save shipping details and view purchase history; you must provide accurate, valid personal & shipping information and keep your login credentials confidential against unauthorized access.
2. You are prohibited from abusing the Site: automated crawler scraping, fake order submission, malicious refund abuse, counterfeit purchase requests or any activity violating local U.S., Canadian and Latin American consumer laws.

All merchandise listed on our platform is sourced from pre-verified Chinese manufacturers after multi-round durability, safety and real-scenario usage testing; items failing internal quality standards are permanently removed from sales per our zero-tolerance quality control rules.

3. Split shipment may apply when your order contains out-of-stock & in-stock mixed items, with no extra domestic shipping fees charged for split dispatch.

1. For items with confirmed manufacturing defects, damaged upon arrival or mismatch against listing description: customers may apply for return, free replacement or full refund within the return window regulated by local consumer protection law of your residing country.
2. Unwanted intact unused merchandise in original packaging can follow our published return procedure to apply for return; customer bears return shipping cost unless issue originates from our product quality or fulfillment error.
